Come ci si iscrive a Paratissima 7?
È possible iscriversi alla manifestazione unicamente on-line compilando la scheda di pre-iscrizione disponibile sul nostro sito. Ricorda che alcune informazioni della scheda di adesione verranno utilizzate dalla redazione per la pubblicazione del catalogo cartaceo e per il catalogo on line della mostra, contenente i riferimenti, le foto e una breve presentazione di ogni singolo artista.
Da che momento sono ufficialmente iscritto a Paratissima 7?
Dopo la compilazione della scheda on-line, l’iscrizione alla manifestazione diventa ufficiale al momento del pagamento della quota di iscrizione e della firma della liberatoria. Per effettuare queste due operazioni, riceverai tutte le info all’indirizzo di posta elettronica che segnalerai sulla tua scheda di iscrizione.
Chi si occupa dell’allestimento delle opere?
Lo staff di Paratissima si occuperà della ricerca e selezione delle location più idonee in base alle preferenze espresse nella scheda di iscrizione on line. Una volta ricevuti i recapiti della location dove esporrai, sarai accompagnato dallo staff per incontrare i responsabili dello spazio. Insieme deciderete le modalità e la tempistica per l’allestimento. Ogni artista dovrà occuparsi dell’allestimento delle proprie opere.
Fino a quando è possibile iscriversi a Paratissima 7?
Le iscrizioni terminano il 15 settembre o fino al raggiungimento del tetto massimo di 500 artisti. Il termine ultimo per effettuare le modifiche al proprio profilo prima dell’inserimento sui materiali informativi verrà comunicato dallo staff ma è consigliato di farlo il prima possibile.
Come si devono registrare i gruppi? È possibile realizzare una mostra collettiva?
È possibile realizzare una collettiva o partecipare a Paratissima con un progetto di gruppo apparendo sul catalogo/pubblicazione sia come collettivo sia individualmente. In quest’ultimo caso ogni singolo partecipante del gruppo deve compilare la scheda di pre-iscrizione sul sito indicando su tale scheda assieme a chi vuole esibire. Vi ricordiamo che la singola quota d’iscrizione di 40€ garantisce l’esposizione di almeno un’opera e la presenza sul catalogo di 1 immagine con rispettivo testo di max 320 battute.
Devo necessariamente presenziare per tutta la durata della manifestazione (tutti i giorni)? Le opere possono subire danni o sono al sicuro anche in mia assenza?
No, non è obbligatorio essere presenti per tutta la manifestazione. Crediamo sia interessante soprattutto per gli artisti poter essere presenti, per incontrare altri creativi e per proporre al pubblico le vostre opere. Paratissima e' l'evento off della fiera Artissima e in quei giorni, oltre a 40.000 visitatori, ci aspettiamo anche curatori e compratori di Artissima che, dopo la fiera, vengono a San Salvario a cenare o bere qualcosa. Quindi crediamo sia soprattutto nel vostro interesse rimanere, non tanto per "difendere" le vostre opere dalla folla (opere che, a livello legale, sono e saranno sempre sotto la vostra responsabilità, sia per i contenuti sia per questioni di furto, danneggiamento, ecc) ma per prendere parte alla festa.
How do I register for Paratissima 7?
It is possible to register for the event only online, completing the form available on our website. Remember that some of the information in the form will be used in the production of the online and printed event catalogue, including the details, photo and a short description of each artist.
At what point am I officially register for Paratissima 7?
After you have completed the form, the registration is finalised upon receipt of the payment and signature of the release form. We will send you the details of how to complete these two operations by e-mail to the address you insert on the online registration form.
Who is responsible for the installation of the works?
The staff of Paratissima will take care of the selection of the most suitable location, based on the preferences entered in the online form. The artist will then receive the details of the selected location, after which they will be accompanied by the staff of Paratissima for the initial visit to meet the staff of the location. Together they will decide the mode and timing of the installation. Each artist is then responsible for the actual installation of their work.
Until when is it possible to register for Paratissima 7?
The final date for registration is September 15th or when the number of artists is up to 500. It is strongly recommended to modify the informations as soon as possible to be present in all material regarding the event in the best way.

It is possible to organise a collective display or to exhibit a project from a group, appearing in the catalogue either as a collective, or an individual. In the latter case, each single member of the group must complete the registration form, indicating with whom they wish to be displayed together. We remind you that the registration fee of €40 guarantees the display of at least one work and the presence in the catalogue of one image and a text of up to 320 characters.
Do I need to be present during the entire event (all the days) ? Can the works be damaged, or are they safe also when I am not there ?
It is not necessary to be present during the entire event. However, we strongly believe that it is in the interest of the artist to be present when possible, both to meet other creatives and the explain their works to the public. Paratissima is the alternative event to Artissima, and in these days, apart from 40,000 visitors, we expect to see may curators and buyers from Artissima who, after the art fair finishes, come to San Salvario to eat and drink something. Thus we think that it is in the artists’ interest to be present, less to “defend” their work from the masses (works which, legally, are, and remain at all times, under the responsibility of the individual artist, both from the content point of view, and the question of theft or damage) but to take part in the festival.
