G@P is an art fair filling the gap between Artissima – Torino main art event which is more institutional, selective and dedicated to elite collectors – and other smaller and niche entities.
The participant Contemporary Art Galleries have the opportunity to exhibit and present their artists to more than 50.000 visitors during the five days of the event.
Paratissima, international off event, is broadening its offer engaging possible art investors by hosting young creative and emerging talents as well as prominent artists selected by the Art Galleries.
G@P is an independent section of Paratissima, a real art fair dedicated to artwork sale professionals. Located in the heart of the event, G@P offers the exhibiting galleries a guaranteed affluence of visitors during the Torino Art Week, well known internationally as it attracts numerous collectors from all over the world.
The 12.000 sqm of exhibition presents special and curatorial projects, fashion, design, music and has become one of the main contemporary art events in Italy.
G@P represents the perfect field where galleries and expert or new collectors meet and invest into emerging as well as well-known artists.
The 2017 edition will have two awards: one dedicated to emerging artists under 35 and the other to the exhibiting Art Galleries.
The Under 35 G@P Award consists of a maximum of 1500€ + VAT, for one art work of a selected artist under 35.
The Project G@P Award is a free attendance to G@P 2018 for the Art Gallery with the best exhibition project.
