I was born in Rome in 1967, where I currently live and work.
I’ve been a fashion stylist for a long time, and I also have worked in my family’s theatrical costumes company, where we worked as costumiers for cinema, television and theatre.
A few years ago, I decided to dedicate my time and my work to the passion that has always been strongly part of my life since I was a child: painting and drawing.
I am a figurative painter, working in acrylics, watercolor, ink pen, and digital art.
I switch between mediums frequently, and I often experiment with a variety of tools.
My work is mainly focused on human nature, women in particular, but I also like to portray animals, creatures that I love and that take a big part of my interest in life.
Sometimes the combination between figurative and abstract style, gives my work a dreamy quality.
They call me an expressionist artist…actually my references are painters such as Amedeo Modigliani, Egon Schiele, Frantisek Kupka, Gustav Klimt etc.
I would dream to evoke at least a small part of their incredible charm and beauty.
